What I learned

I learned many things in this eventful quarter. I learned about life and death. About how one event can change the way you see things and really appreciate what you learned when you look back on it. The is the first time that something in school really left me truly shocked. School, I always felt, was a seperate life for me it never really followed me home except for the homework assignments and friends. But when Mrs.Mckenna passed away it really caught me by suprise, and shocked me and that shock followed me home. I wasn't used to school being a place of mourning for others. It was a odd experience, but a very valueable and eye opening one and one that I will never forget. I also learned how we can be flipped around. When Mr.Good came in as our new teacher we all really liked his teaching style and how he treated our class, but then we get news of his departure. And yet again we are flipped, forced to change into a somewhat new routine with a new face. Now this isn't as drastic as a before nor is it a bad on change. In short what I learned this year in creative writing , I learned something that can't really be taught, but can only be experienced and lived through your own eyes.
